Return & Refund Policy

At Maathandglobal, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted leather bags. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns:

• You may return an item within 7 days of receiving it.
• The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• To initiate a return, please email us at maarthandglobal.exim@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Customized or monogrammed products
• Final sale or clearance items
• Used or damaged products (not due to manufacturing fault)

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
